posni kolač od banana


Još jedan veganski, alias posni, kuglofčić na meniju. Hrskav spolja i mek iznutra i neobično lak za pravljenje. Imala sam danas i divno društvo dok sam ga pravila - jednu mladu triatlonku pametnicu.








Potrebni sastojci:


  • 2 cups (250g) brašna
  • 1/2 cup (100g) belog šećera
  • 1/2 cup (100g) smeđeg šećera
  • 3 kašikice praška za pecivo
  • 1/4 kašikice soli
  • 1 kašikica cimeta
  • 3 prezrele banane (oko 300 g)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sojinog mleka
  • 1 vegansko 'jaje' ( 1 kašikica mlevenog lanenog semena prelivena sa 3 kašikice vrele vode - treba da odstoji oko 5 minuta)






  • Rernu zagrejati na 180°C. Podmazati i pobrašnjaviti kalup za kuglof. Pripremiti vegansku zamenu za jaje - preliti kašikicu mlevenog semena lana sa 3 kašikice vrele vode. Ostaviti par minuta da se smesa malo zgusne. Prosejati brašno sa praškom za pecivo, dodati u njega oba šećera, so i cimet. Banane, sojino mleko i kokosovo ulje izblendati sa veganskim jajetom, pa umešati u smesu sa brašnom. Uliti u kalup i peći oko 40 minuta. Ostaviti još petnaestak minuta u kalupu, pa izvrnuti i posuti šećerom u prahu. Recept sam našla ovde.






    • 2 cups (250g) All-Purpose Flour
    • 1/2 cup (100g) White Sugar
    • 1/2 cup (100g) Brown Sugar
    • 3 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 3 Medium Ripe Bananas (10.5 oz / 300g)*
    • 1/2 cup (120ml) Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
    • 3 Tbsp (45g) Coconut Oil
    • 1 Flax Egg






    Preheat the oven to 180° C. Sift the flour and add to a mixing bowl. Add the white and brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Prepare the flax egg by mixing 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal with 3 Tbsp Hot Water and allowing to sit for a minute to thicken. Peel the bananas and add to your blender along with the soy milk and coconut oil and blend. Pour the blended mix into the mixing bowl and mix it into a smooth batter. Add the flax egg and mix in. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter and place into the oven to bake for 60 minutes.
